What Is Network Marketing by Marvin Sykes

http://ift.tt/12tI0lV What Is Network Marketing http://ift.tt/10LOc5C What is network marketing? network marketing is a direct selling of consumer products or services. It is also known as network marketing and basically it is a home-based marketing business. All products and services are offered to consumers through independent selling. Based on the company's management, the salesperson is also called a consultant, distributor, or other titles. Network marketing is kind of sales system. A person who sells will receive his own commission as well as the small commission from the sales made by the person he has recruited. As you see, "MLM" stands for multi-level marketing. Multi means "many," level means "layer" and marketing means "selling something." For easier understanding, multi-level marketing is thought of something which involves "many layers of selling" to generate income. Concept behind network marketing Basically, this kind of business is related with direct product selling, but it's more than just selling. Almost all network marketing jobs include recruitment of team members, product selling, and commission earning. A person receives a certain commission from the sales made by his members. Furthermore, this allows the idea of franchising companies for the purpose of paying some sort of royalty fee coming from MLM. Royalty fee is paid to a person based on the achieved sales under one area or the group he handles. Often, multi-level companies pay you depending on the total amount of sales you have generated, plus the sales amount produced by your team members. This does not mean you don't receive any bonus for your recruits, surely you will. But you have to know if the amount you receive really came from the revenues of the company or from the person you have recruited. If it came from your down line, most probably that company is not legally operating. Soon it will collapse as it can't sustain and maintain the needs of the company. There are also other multi-level marketing firms that operate to attract new members to purchase their products. They also encourage recruits to avail the products offered at high amount to be able to get employed. When a multi-level marketing company applies this technique it is not legitimate either. The amount they paid for buying the product is not enough to sustain all the company needs. People from outside the company are even hesitant to buy something very expensive.
